Jetclean offers several ways for you to pay your bill.
PAYMENT TERMS
Frist check the payment terms listed on your invoice. Generally speaking domestic customers are not offered accounts and are therefore asked to pay 'On Delivery'. That means you pay our operator upon completion of the work. Commercial and industrial customers are often offered different payment terms, ranging from 7-30 days.
PAY BY CREDIT CARD
Simply call our call centre on 1300 302101 and ask for assistance with a credit card payment. Ususally this is done by call-back, where one of our operators phones you shortly after to process the transaction.
PAY BY CHEQUE
Jetclean accepts both cheques and money orders. Simply make it out to 'Jetclean' and enter to correct amount as quoted and invoiced. Domestic customers can provide payment to our operator. Commercial and industrial clients can mail their account payment to head office at PO Box 4061, Norwood South 5067.
