It all started about 28 years ago..... when it's then founder, only remembered as 'Bob', established Adelaide Steam Cleaning. The company grew strongly in the domestic market and soon branched into commercial and industrial work.
About 10 years later Bob retired and the business was taken over by a company called City Clean. When the owner of City Clean semi-retired in 2007 the business was purchased by current management - and the the business was 're-born' as Jetclean.
Unlike the owners before us, we have been too busy to retire.
Jetclean has gone from strength to strength. The company is a leader in the the domestic and commercial markets. Jetclean Industrial has grown too with projects seeing our crews travel to mine sites, manufacturing plants, storage facilities, desalination plants and many other industrial sites around the country. A Melbourne operation has been added too and now operates successfully under local management.
Since 2008/9 we have worked hard on implementing better systems and operational processes.
Our cloud-based operations system helps us manage jobs, customers and invoices. Our staff have smartphones and access all their job and customer information on-the-go.
We email quotes, appointment reminders and invoices to our customers to help us be prompt and efficient.
Our office is virtually paperless.
Our websites are maintained to keep our customers informed. We believe that we were the first to publish domestic cleaning prices online. Others have copied our lead.
Welcome to Jetclean.
Jetclean has a history of tackling the tough jobs. As a result we sometimes work in higher risk environments than the average cleaning business.
To help us remain successful, while keeping both people and property safe, we have developed better methods and safety systems. We maintain a comprehensive register of JSEA/SWMS/MSDS safety documentation and keep it accessible using our online portal.
Jetclean crew are trained and ticketed in safety procedures, rail awareness, EWP operations, high risk boom lift operations and confined space.
Under current management, over the last 10 years, we have had no work accidents. And we are proud of it.
